Kupuj\u00edc\u00ed obdr\u017e\u00ed v\u00fdpis z rejst\u0159\u00edku, kter\u00fd potvrzuje vlastnick\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Term\u00edny registrace<\/strong> z\u00e1vis\u00ed na zvolen\u00e9m typu slu\u017eby (standardn\u00ed, zrychlen\u00e1) a na okolnostech konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed transakce. V budoucnu m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit probl\u00e9my p\u0159i prodeji, d\u011bd\u011bn\u00ed nebo p\u0159i z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f z pron\u00e1jmu. Po obdr\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdpisu je lep\u0161\u00ed ihned zkontrolovat v\u0161echny \u00fadaje a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby po\u017e\u00e1dat o opravu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po registraci si uschovejte: kupn\u00ed smlouvu, v\u00fdpis z rejst\u0159\u00edku, v\u0161echna potvrzen\u00ed o platb\u00e1ch a doklady o n\u00e1kladech spojen\u00fdch s vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm formalit. To se v\u00e1m bude hodit p\u0159i zdan\u011bn\u00ed, pron\u00e1jmu a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9m budouc\u00edm prodeji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kolik stoj\u00ed n\u00e1kup na d\u00e1lku<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cena nemovitosti p\u0159edstavuje pouze \u010d\u00e1st n\u00e1klad\u016f. P\u0159i transakci na d\u00e1lku p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00ed n\u00e1klady, kter\u00e9 by p\u0159i osobn\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b byly ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed nebo by v\u016fbec nevznikly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vyhotoven\u00ed pln\u00e9 moci<\/strong> \u2014 Pln\u00e1 moc se vyhotovuje u not\u00e1\u0159e v zemi, kde se kupuj\u00edc\u00ed zdr\u017euje. Pokud je vy\u017eadov\u00e1n apostil nebo konzul\u00e1rn\u00ed legalizace, <strong>jejich vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, lh\u016fty a n\u00e1klady je t\u0159eba si ov\u011b\u0159it u p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f zem\u011b, kter\u00e1 dokument vyd\u00e1v\u00e1<\/strong>, jeliko\u017e se li\u0161\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na dan\u00e9m st\u00e1t\u011b.
