Toto omezen\u00ed se nevztahuje na m\u011bstsk\u00e9 nemovitosti a nezem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 pozemky.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1vn\u00ed vlastnick\u00e9 struktury jsou p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Koup\u011b na zahrani\u010dn\u00ed osobu (standardn\u00ed pro byty\/domy ve m\u011bst\u011b).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e1kup na pr\u00e1vnickou osobu registrovanou v Gruzii (LLC\/IP).
