Temel ilke basittir: kamu siciline bir giri\u015f yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z andan itibaren mal sahibi olursunuz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00d6nemli: <strong>Bir yabanc\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fcrcistan'da bir daire\/ev sat\u0131n almak i\u00e7in ne oturma iznine ne de ayr\u0131 bir izne ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r<\/strong>. Pasaport ve uygun \u015fekilde imzalanm\u0131\u015f bir s\u00f6zle\u015fme yeterlidir.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kim ve ne edinebilir: \u00f6nemli bir istisna ile hak e\u015fitli\u011fi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yabanc\u0131 ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filer, G\u00fcrcistan vatanda\u015flar\u0131yla e\u015fit ko\u015fullarda \u015fehir gayrimenkulleri (apartmanlar, daireler, evler, konut d\u0131\u015f\u0131 binalar, otoparklar) \u00fczerinde hak sahibi olabilir ve bunlar\u0131 tescil ettirebilirler. M\u00fclkiyet hakk\u0131 NAPR'a kay\u0131t olduktan sonra do\u011far ve \u00fclke genelinde ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00d6nemli \u0130stisna: <strong>yabanc\u0131 ki\u015filer tar\u0131m arazisi sat\u0131n alamaz<\/strong>. Bu k\u0131s\u0131tlama kentsel m\u00fclkler ve tar\u0131m d\u0131\u015f\u0131 parseller i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yasal m\u00fclkiyet yap\u0131lar\u0131na izin verilmektedir:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yabanc\u0131 bir ki\u015fiye sat\u0131n alma (\u015fehirdeki daireler\/evler i\u00e7in standart).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00fcrcistan'da kay\u0131tl\u0131 bir t\u00fczel ki\u015fili\u011fe (LLC\/IP) sat\u0131n alma. Bu format genellikle yat\u0131r\u0131m projeleri i\u00e7in ve \u00f6zel ama\u00e7l\u0131 arazilerle u\u011fra\u015f\u0131rken kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hak sahipli\u011fi kan\u0131t\u0131: NAPR'a resmi kay\u0131t<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fclkiyet, NAPR kamu sicilinden bir al\u0131nt\u0131 ile teyit edilir.
