Company Bat Towers has been operating since 2004, starting with the design and construction of projects under the brand name "Architrav". Since 2016, the company has been operating as a full-fledged developer, having realised significant residential projects in Batumi, including houses on Inasaridze Street and the large-scale Bat Towers complex on New Boulevard. New projects by the sea are at an active stage, such as New Boulevard Elegance и Sea View Residence.

Bat Towers unites a team of experienced architects and engineers, among whom are honoured figures of architecture and construction in Georgia.
