We are a construction and development company New Time from Batoumi. Since the beginning of our history in 2014our main objective is to quality construction. During this time we have realised three projects: Aqua Hotel & Apartments, a hotel in Goderdzi and a residential building on Abuseridze Street.

Our fourth project. Sunway Suites - it's a new complex seafront with a smart investment model. You can own one or more rooms with full hotel service and panoramic views.
