Recan Group Georgia

Rekan Group Georgia - a property development company established in 2014 under Georgian law. The company is a joint venture between Rekan Group and Hawkary Group, specialising in investment and construction. The main project in Georgia is a mixed-use residential complex Batumi ViewLocated 20 metres from the Black Sea coast in Batumi. Construction of the complex began in 2015 and was completed in 2023. Batumi View offers apartments of various formats, designed for both residential and investment purposes.

Rekan Group is currently implementing two new projects in Batumi: Crowne Plaza Batumi - Beacha five-star hotel with 130 rooms, and. Batumi Beach ResidencesA residential complex with 240 fully serviced apartments. Both projects are scheduled to open in December 2025 in co-operation with Ishraq Hospitality and IHG Hotels & Resorts.
