Kiwi Villas

Project Kiwi Villas Located in the ecologically clean area of Avgi, just 2 km from the beaches of Gonio-Kvariati and 3-8 km from the centre of Batumi. The complex of 14 exclusive three-storey villas is designed according to European standards, taking into account the New Zealand principles of functionality and harmony with nature. Each house has an area from 245 to 293 m² and its own plot of land from 229 to 368 m², which creates a space for a real private life. A unique feature of the project is the individual heated and illuminated infinity pools, as well as spacious terraces with cooking and relaxation areas.

Architecture Kiwi Villas The monolithic frame technology allows you to freely plan the interior space, and panoramic aluminium windows blur the distinction between the house and the surrounding views of the sea, mountains and city. All villas are fully gasified and equipped with modern engineering systems, including two-circuit gas boilers and floor heating system with separate thermal indicators. The infrastructure of the complex includes a fitness club, a children's playground, a lounge area, a co-working centre and a communal swimming pool with a children's section. The project is being realised from 2024, the first phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2025 - beginning of 2026.
