Geverse Batumi Complex

Geverse Batumi Complex looks like a single architectural ensemble, in fact it is two independent buildings (Blocks A and B), built several years apart. The debut project of the developer Geverse Development - 14-storey Block A with 47 flats opened its doors to residents in 2019, and 5 years later, in 2024, Block B on the neighbouring plot was completed.
