Green Alley

Green Alley — is a premium five-star residential complex developed by Grada Development, situated in the environmentally pristine Digomi district. The project is a large-scale complex comprising 7 blocks, numbering 684 flats. The architectural concept is based on modern technologies and high-quality construction: the external walls are built from thermally insulating aerated concrete blocks, and the walls are plastered with environmentally friendly materials from the German brand KNAUF; the balconies are finished with frost-resistant porcelain stoneware manufactured in Europe, and thermally insulated aluminium windows and double-glazed doors have been fitted.
