Description of the "Tbilisi Gardens" complex
Tbilisi Gardens (“Tbilisi Gardens”) is Georgia’s first skyscraper-style residential complex, built to New York standards. The development, situated on a 4-hectare site, comprises three high-rise towers, each with its own unique architectural design. For example, the third tower, designed by the Israeli firm MYS Architects, has rounded corners and straight facades, whilst the first two towers are recognisable by their undulating facades. The development has been designed as a gated residential estate with its own 21,000 square metre park, where mature trees have been preserved. The flats feature 3.05-metre-high ceilings, panoramic windows and the option of an open-plan layout.
The complex’s facilities meet high quality standards: residents have access to a fitness centre, a swimming pool, lounge areas, a nursery and a playground. Security is ensured by a 24-hour concierge service and a CCTV system. Flats are handed over as ‘shell’ or ‘structural shell’ units. The third and final tower, currently under construction, will be the crowning glory of this flagship project, which is setting new standards of quality and comfort in the capital.
