Arbour

Arbour — is a modern residential complex by the developer Real Palace, situated in the Saburtalo district. The project comprises two residential blocks, 17 and 10 storeys high respectively. The name of the complex symbolises a green arch that brings together the natural world and modern urbanism. The main concept behind the project is to create an environmentally friendly and peaceful environment for a tranquil lifestyle. The panoramic windows offer views across the whole city.

The complex’s infrastructure has been designed with residents’ comfort in mind: a private, landscaped courtyard covering an area of 4,500 m², children’s play areas and sports facilities, retail and office spaces on the ground floors, as well as outdoor and indoor car parks. The building is fitted with three high-speed lifts, fire protection systems with smoke extraction, fire and gas leak detectors, as well as aluminium stained-glass windows with energy-efficient double-glazed units. The flats are offered in a ‘shell’ condition: the floor screed has been laid, the walls have been plastered, and all utilities (gas, water, heating, electricity and internet) have been connected.
