Description of the ‘Homer Alpha’ complex
Homer Alpha — this is the first project by the new developer Homer, which reimagines the approach to urban living in Tbilisi. Situated in the capital’s vibrant sports district, the complex consists of low-rise buildings that blend harmoniously into the surrounding natural landscape. The project’s architecture combines contemporary design with functionality: the building features Georgia’s first artistically painted façade, making it a visual highlight of the neighbourhood. Each flat is designed so that not a single square metre is wasted, whilst well-thought-out engineering solutions, including pre-installed heating and cooling systems, ensure long-term comfort.
The complex has been designed as a fully-fledged living ecosystem: the site, covering an area of around 7,300 m², features green spaces, footpaths and places to relax. The development is geared towards an active lifestyle — within a few hundred metres there is an ice rink, a football stadium, a basketball academy, a swimming pool and a gymnastics hall. At the same time, the complex remains a quiet and cosy spot, offering its residents a balance between the hustle and bustle of the city and a sense of tranquillity.
