Hisni

"Hisni" — this is the largest project by the developer Biograpi Living, a 36-storey mixed-use complex that combines residential, office and retail areas within a single space. The complex consists of four towers and is being built in Isani — one of the oldest and most historically significant districts of Tbilisi. The project is based on modern standards of energy efficiency and safety: the use of innovative insulation materials, soundproofing systems, and an earthquake-resistant structure built on a limestone foundation. International experts from Meinhart are working on the project’s structural safety, Acustico is responsible for the acoustic design, and the German firm NBK is developing the façade design. The total investment in the project amounts to 241 million US dollars.

The development offers a wide range of flats with well-designed layouts, which are transmitted in the format ‘green frame’. The complex features a range of facilities, including a swimming pool, a gym and an underground car park. The management company, Biograpi Living, provides a full range of post-construction services: cleaning, landscaping, maintenance of the swimming pool, fire-suppression systems and the generator, round-the-clock security and a concierge service.
