Quadrum Global — an international property development, investment and consultancy group founded in In 2005 (the company was incorporated in 2013). The company’s head office is in London, and its offices are located in the US, the UK and Central Europe. The company manages assets totalling more than $1bn and specialises in value-added property investment, repositioning and development.

In Georgia, Quadrum Global is known as the developer of two landmark projects in the capital — a residential complex Tbilisi Gardens and a shopping and leisure centre Eastpoint. Quadrum Global’s projects in Tbilisi are built to the same standards as in the US — from engineering systems to fire safety (NFPA). The Tbilisi Gardens project utilises materials from leading global brands: Mitsubishi, Knauf, Caparol and Vitra.

Georgia’s first skyscraper to New York standards

Tbilisi Gardens became Georgia’s first 29-storey skyscraper to fully comply with New York standards. The development includes a gated, secure area, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a nursery and a concierge service.

The country’s largest shopping and leisure centre

Eastpoint, which opened in 2015, became Georgia’s first open-concept lifestyle centre. Spanning 21 hectares, it is home to over 200 shops, including Zara, H&M and Carrefour, as well as an 18,000 m² indoor amusement park, an IMAX cinema and a bowling alley.

Office project 11 Belgrave in London (150,000 square feet) has been awarded WELL Platinum certification — one of 42 such buildings in London. The project has also achieved an ‘Excellent’ 5.5-star NABERS rating — a first in the UK.

🏆 Recognition at national level in Georgia
In 2024, Quadrum Global Georgia organised a competition for students at the Georgian Technical University to design a park improvement project in Kutaisi, with a prize fund of 3,000 GEL. This demonstrates a high level of social responsibility and the government’s trust in the company.
