Avant Group — an international construction and property development company founded in In 2010 in Azerbaijan. The Georgian branch — Avant Group Georgia — has been operating in the market since 2022. In Tbilisi, the company is developing a premium residential complex Moma Liv, situated in the historic Chugureti district on Dmitri Uznadze Street. The project combines contemporary architecture with the city’s rich heritage, offering residents loft-style spaces with panoramic views of the Tbilisi mountain ranges.
