Development company "Ambassadori Batumi Island"The company is implementing one of the most ambitious and unique projects in the region - the creation of the first artificial archipelago in Georgia and the entire Black Sea. The initiative involves the construction from scratch of two man-made peninsulas and one island with a total area of 84 hectares, which will completely change the appearance of the Batumi seafront.

The main advantage of the company is its focus on international co-operation and the highest standards. The project is being realised with the participation of such world leaders as British engineering company Arup and Turkish architectural firm Yüksel Proje, which guarantees the application of advanced sustainable development technologies and the smart city concept. Construction is proceeding at an accelerated pace: by 2026, 48.3 hectares of the 84 hectares had already been paved, and the first 58-storey skyscraper with 1,350 apartments is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2029. Ambassadori Batumi Island aims to become not just a residential development, but a new world-class centre of attraction that will combine luxury housing, hotels, helipads and yacht clubs.
