Ravillas

Ravillas in Batumi is a project where architecture becomes a natural extension of the landscape rather than dominating it. Situated on an elevated position in picturesque Salibauri, the complex of 12 townhouse villas offers panoramic views of the Black Sea and subtropical forests. The plot with citrus groves, morning trills of birds and the air filled with the aroma of pine needles and sea breeze - here nature remains the main decorator. Each villa has been designed with the topography in mind: panoramic glazing and terraces are oriented to maximise the views, while the 3.2 metre high ceilings create a sense of space and lightness.

The technical equipment of the project has been thought through to the last detail. Monolithic reinforced concrete construction, its own artesian well for autonomous water supply, energy-saving solar-powered lighting and a video surveillance system around the perimeter - all this forms a reliable basis for a comfortable and safe life. The residential environment here is built around the value of privacy: 12 houses in total, landscaped recreational areas with walking paths, a swimming pool and surface parking. At the same time, the developer maintains the perfect balance between privacy and accessibility - the beach is only 1.5 kilometres away and Batumi's key infrastructure is a 5-10 minute drive away.
