Settlement HIDE from AI Villas - is a conceptual space for living where privacy becomes a core value. The name, which translates as "Sanctuary", fully reflects the idea: all in all 6 private villas surrounded by greenery and at the foot of the mountains, away from the noise of the city, create an atmosphere of complete privacy. This is not just a building, but a gated community where houses are not sold to "everyone". The architecture is based on a harmonious combination of modern minimalism and Barnhouse style: laconic forms, large-format porcelain stoneware on facades, concrete elements and specially treated wood resistant to moisture. Each house offers breathtaking mountain views, while the private courtyard allows for a barbecue area or fire pit.

Life in HIDE combines isolation with access to all the benefits of civilisation: the village is located just minutes from the beach, schools, shops and restaurants. The whole territory is under 24-hour security and video surveillance. The common space for recreation of residents will be a landscaped area with an infinity pool, sun loungers, water arch and hammocks, access to which is available only to residents and their guests. The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter 2027and the villas are available in a variety of completions ranging from black frame to full turnkey.
