Description of the complex "Gonio Yachts & Marina"
Between the Black Sea and the green hills of Adjara, just 20 minutes from the centre of Batumi, a real resort town is being created by an international developer Eagle Hills. Project Gonio Yachts & Marina will be located on more than 260 hectares of ecologically clean coastline near Gonio. According to the "city within a city" concept, everything for life, work and leisure will be here: from a marina for 180 yachts and a semi-private lagoon with an artificial ridge to residential neighbourhoods with apartments, premium residences and villas. Surrounded by coniferous forests and clean beaches, a new point of attraction on the Black Sea map will be formed with international brand hotels, aqua-centres and promenades.
The scale of the transformation is impressive: the total investment in the project and associated infrastructure reaches $6.5bn, while the masterplan itself is designed to create more than 30,000 jobs and welcome up to 350,000 guests annually. The architectural concept developed by Spectrum Architecture draws on the natural landscape and envisages construction in three phases to ensure the systematic development of the entire area. Investors and future residents will have access to different property formats - from apartments to townhouses and spacious villas. A professional management company will ensure high rental yields, and the possibility of obtaining a residence permit makes this project one of the most reliable investments on the coast. With its proximity to the airport and the border with Turkey, Gonio Yachts & Marina has strong potential for capitalisation growth and promises to become a new hallmark of the region in the coming years.
