m³ Development

m³ Development — a Tbilisi-based property developer that has been operating in the Georgian property market since 2015 and is one of the country’s leading developers. The company has close links with m² Development, which is part of an investment holding company Georgia Capital, which provides access to institutional funding and resources for large-scale projects. Unlike piecemeal development, m³ Development focuses on comprehensive land development: its flagship project m³ Saburtalo turned towards 11.5 hectares in the centre of Tbilisi, between Marshal Gelovani Avenue and Academician Bakradze Street. The architectural design for the neighbourhood was developed by an American company ZGF, which was named the best architectural firm in the US in 2016, underlining the developer’s high level of ambition.

m³ Development’s projects demonstrate a focus on energy efficiency, innovative technologies and high-quality construction. The company works in partnership with trusted contractors — for example, the complex GeoBuilders Vashlijvari is being implemented in collaboration with GeoBuilder, with experience in the construction of modern residential complexes.
