Smart Development - is a Batumi-based development company that focuses on human-centredness and the creation of thoughtful living spaces. Founded in 2014 by indigenous Batumi resident Gocha Kobuladze and Moscow businessman Nikolay Yakovenko, the company has combined local market understanding with international experience in construction. The company already has four projects in its portfolio, including three realised houses in the Javakhishvili Street area (two of which are known as Eco City).
