Tower Group

Tower Group - is a subsidiary of Gza Construction Corporation, which has been operating on the Georgian market since 2005. Over the years, Gza has built up a strong base including asphalt and concrete plants, as well as a technology park of more than 200 units of machinery. This engineering infrastructure and multi-disciplinary experience formed the basis of Tower Group, which has become one of the pioneers of large-scale construction in Batumi and has already erected 500,000 square metres of commercial and residential property.

The company implements projects in key segments: from tourist facilities to residential property. Among its landmark achievements are the Chateau Kvirike hotel complex on 6 hectares with its own vineyard, 20 cottages of the Kvirike Hills ski resort and the "House in Old Batumi" stylised as a historical building. The flagship project today is 40-storey Panorama complex on the first coastline, combining a 5-star hotel, residential apartments, entertainment areas and a private pier on the sea, offering panoramic views. By developing modern comfortable infrastructure, Tower Group tries to preserve the recognisable Georgian flavour, and its mission is formulated ambitiously: "We build the future for the benefit of our country".
