Description of the "House Uni" complex
Residential complex House Uni — is a modern development in the prestigious Vake district, being built on a 6.2-hectare site on Universitetskaya Street. The development comprises 15–17 low-rise blocks, each 8–12 storeys high. The architectural concept is based on functional layouts and high-quality materials, whilst the landscaped grounds include a recreational area covering 21,670 square metres and a main square covering 1 hectare. The flats are let as ‘shell’ properties, allowing future owners to complete the interior finish to their own taste.
The complex’s facilities have been designed to ensure a comfortable lifestyle: the grounds feature a sports ground, a park and a children’s play area. The building is fitted with passenger lifts and also offers round-the-clock security and on-site parking. The project is being implemented with Georgian and Estonian investment, without the use of bank loans. At present, six blocks have already been completed, and construction of a further two blocks is ongoing.
