Description of the "Tbilisi Acres" complex
Tbilisi Acres — it is Georgia’s first self-sufficient district, which is reimagining the concept of urban life. The development, situated on a 62-hectare site, brings together residential neighbourhoods with all the necessary urban infrastructure in one place: educational and sports centres, cultural and recreational spaces, shops and restaurants. The new district blends seamlessly into the natural landscape: 85% of the area is made up of green spaces and natural woodland, whilst the buildings themselves occupy just 15%. Thanks to its location at an altitude of 750 metres above sea level and its proximity to 90,000 square metres of woodland, a unique, clean microclimate is created here.
The architectural concept for the district is unique in Georgia: first, a master plan for the entire district was drawn up, and only then were the individual buildings designed. The project comprises a total of 75 blocks, ranging in height from 5 to 8 storeys, built using the monolithic frame construction method. In the first phase of construction, 13 houses are being built. The flats are available in the following formats ‘green frame’. Residents can enjoy a well-developed infrastructure, including schools, nurseries, sports and play areas, a swimming pool, a shopping centre, cafés, a bank, a chemist’s, office space, cycle paths, a skate park and much more. Security is ensured by round-the-clock CCTV surveillance. The project is being implemented with the support of TBC Bank’s mortgage programmes.
