Ave New — is a large-scale, multi-functional project that goes beyond the scope of a conventional residential complex and constitutes a new urban ecosystem. It is situated on a site covering an area of 8 hectares between David Agmashenebeli Avenue and King Parnavaz Avenue. The project is being developed according to the principle of ‘The 15-minute city’, bringing together residential, office, hotel, retail and leisure spaces within walking distance. A key architectural feature will be Georgia’s first recreational bridge, which will link the four blocks of the complex (blocks A, B, C and D) and serve as a new public space. The architectural concept was developed by Studio 9.
The total planned development area is 300,000 square metres (of which 130,000 square metres have already been designed). The complex will include premium-class residential areas with panoramic terraces, offices, hotels, and retail and leisure spaces. As part of the project, a new road will also be built to link the avenues and ease traffic congestion in Digomi.
