Description of the "Mega Gldani" complex

"Mega Gldani" — is a modern residential complex in the northern part of Tbilisi, designed around the concept of a European neighbourhood. It comprises five architecturally linked blocks, characterised by their minimalist design and a wide range of flats. The development offers a comfortable and peaceful living environment, surrounded by well-developed urban infrastructure.

The complex’s facilities include a courtyard measuring 3,000 square metres, children’s play areas and sports grounds, cycle paths, as well as commercial and retail premises. Underground and above-ground car parks are provided for residents, whilst security is ensured by round-the-clock security guards and CCTV. The ceiling height in the flats is 3 metres. The flats are offered as ‘green frame’ properties, which allows future owners to finish the interior to their own taste.
