Description of the ‘House on Tsatskhvebi 2nd Lane’ development
House on Tsatskhvebi 2nd Lane (2 Tsatskhvebi Lane, 2) is an intimate residential building that stands as a striking example of contemporary urban architecture in the prestigious Saburtalo district. The project’s key feature is its exceptional privacy: the complex is designed to accommodate just nine flats, which creates a sense of seclusion and tranquillity rarely found in the capital. The building has been designed with a well-thought-out layout: functional areas for relaxation and walks, landscaped areas with lawns and ornamental trees, as well as convenient footpaths with soft evening lighting.
Flats are handed over in the following format "green frame": The walls have been levelled and plastered, the floor screed has been laid, and all the services — electricity, water, drainage and heating — have been installed. All that remains is the finishing work, which means you can get straight on with the design without having to deal with messy structural work. Ceiling heights reach 3 metres, whilst the panoramic windows and open-air balconies flood the rooms with light and create a sense of space. There is an underground car park for vehicles, and the complex is under 24-hour security.
