House Strong (House Strong) — a Tbilisi-based construction company specialising in residential property. Unlike many developers who offer ‘turnkey’ or refurbished flats, House Strong focuses on the format open finish: The buyer receives a flat with partition walls in place, prepared walls and utility connections installed, but without any finishing work. This allows the owner to save on the structural work and design the interior to their own taste. At present, the company is represented on the Tbilisi market by one completed project at 4 Tariel Putkaradze Street and is currently carrying out construction work in the Sanzona district (Guramishvili Avenue).

The company’s second project is a 10-storey residential block in Gldani-Nadzaladevi, at 41 Guramishvili Avenue (Sanzona). The building will comprise flats ranging in size from 67.4 m² to 152.8 m², and completion is scheduled for December 2027. The starting price per square metre in House Strong developments starts at $1,000, making the company one of the most affordable players in the new-build property sector in Tbilisi.
