Laen

Laen — a Georgian property developer founded in 2026 and specialising in holiday property in Adjara. The company currently has just one project on the market: it is acting as a co-developer of a club complex Gonio Sunset Villa in Gonio, which it is implementing in partnership with the company Gonio Sunset. This is a low-density development comprising 19 four-storey villas, designed for buyers seeking privacy, sea views and proximity to nature, whilst not wishing to forgo access to Batumi’s amenities.

Unlike large developers with a long history and an extensive portfolio, Laen is in the early stages of building its reputation. However, the very format of the project — villas with terraces, panoramic glazing and the option to install a private swimming pool — indicates a focus on the premium segment. The flats and villas are handed over as ‘shell’ properties, giving owners complete freedom in terms of layout and finishing.
