GM Build

GM Build (JSC “GM Bildi”) — a Batumi-based construction company specialising in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. According to GeoStat’s official history, records of the company date back to December 2018. The company operates in one of Georgia’s most dynamic coastal markets and focuses on functional layouts and well-planned urban locations that are suitable for both permanent residence and letting.

GM Build’s portfolio includes a completed project at 14 Vazha-Pshavela Street in the central Rustaveli district (a 9-storey building with panoramic windows, balconies and a ‘white frame’ design), as well as a residential complex at 13 Aleksandra Sulaberidze Street in the Old Town — a 12-storey building with underground parking, a children’s playground and a landscaped courtyard covering 800 m². The projects are constructed using monolithic frame technology with reliable thermal insulation of the external walls, ensuring seismic resistance and energy efficiency.
