Lisi Development was founded in Tbilisi in March 2010 and has been operating in the Georgian market for over 14 years, implementing projects where human comfort and care for nature come first. The company became a pioneer in the country by undertaking the integrated development of 355 hectares of land around the picturesque Lake Lisi and set the bar high for the entire industry. Its philosophy is based on the 80/20 principle, which means that only one-fifth of the land is set aside for development and the rest of the space (80%) is turned into parks, squares and recreational areas. This approach allows the creation of an environment where air, light and the personal space of each resident can be found.
The company's flagship project, Lisi Green City (Lisi Green Town) in Tbilisi, clearly demonstrates this concept: it has 7 parks, its own commercial zone with shops and a pharmacy. Lisi Development scales its approach to "green" construction to projects near the sea. In 2025 in the village of Buknari (just 7 minutes from Batumi) the construction of a modern resort complex with a 900-metre private beach, swimming pool and spa zone was completed on 70%. Leading international bureaus from the UK worked on the architecture of the complex. Previously the company also co-operated with Dutch UNStudio and legendary Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill. By creating harmony between modern architecture and pristine nature, Lisi Development aims to set a new standard for living both in the capital and on the Black Sea coast.
