Diamond Villas - a private format of country life in the ecological zone of Batumi

Project Diamond Villas Batumi is a complex of three two-storey houses in the picturesque neighbourhood of Akhalisopeli, near the prestigious area of Gonio. The developer has applied complex engineering solutions designed for long-term operation: the foundations are made on the technology of monolithic slab on a pile field with a depth of 2 metres, load-bearing walls 30 cm thick are constructed of autoclaved aerated concrete Ytong, and facades are faced with porcelain stoneware, resistant to the humid seaside climate.
