Description of the "Domus Trees" complex
Domus Trees — is a residential development in the prestigious Vake district, which embodies the concept of ‘green architecture’ as envisaged by the developer Domus. The project was inspired by the shaded squares along Chavchavadze Avenue: three buildings of varying heights and shades resemble a group of trees. Visually, the complex appears to soar upwards, and its façades, clad in natural materials and wood, blend harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. The main idea behind the project is to create an oasis of tranquillity in the city centre, where people can feel closer to nature.
The interior has been thought through down to the smallest detail: conservatories and greenhouses have been fitted out on every floor and on the verandas. Flats with 3-metre-high ceilings are transmitted in ‘green frame’ format, whilst the panoramic stained-glass windows fill them with light. Residents have access to a spa, a children’s play area, restaurants and cafés, as well as an underground car park and high-speed lifts. Security is provided by round-the-clock security guards and CCTV. Domus Trees is the ideal choice for those seeking contemporary accommodation with unique architecture and a sense of seclusion in the heart of the capital.
