Description of the "Grand Avenue" complex

"Grand Avenue" — is the flagship project of Archi, a leading Georgian property developer, which is marketed as the ‘New Downtown of Tbilisi’. This large-scale development is being built as a ‘city within a city’ on the site of a former industrial estate and is a multi-purpose complex combining residential, commercial and recreational spaces.

The project comprises two blocks, each with a height of 24 and 30 storeys. A unique feature of the complex is that 75% area set aside for green spaces and recreational areas. The world-class facilities include: outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a spa centre, a 2,500 m² fitness centre, a padel tennis centre, a gastronomic hub, co-working spaces, a school, a nursery and sports grounds. The masterplan was developed by an international team of experts, including architect Wei Yap Oi, Chapman Taylor and OCULUS.

The complex is situated at 32 Tsotne Dadiani Street, in the area of Didube (Chugureti), next to the Dynamo Stadium. To the underground station ‘Nadzaladevi’ — in total 150 metres. The project also involves the construction of an underground tunnel that will directly link Grand Avenue with Tsereteli Avenue.
