Description of the ‘House on Niko Ketskhoveli 58’ development
House at 58 Niko Ketskhoveli — is a large-scale residential complex in Gldani, comprising three high-rise blocks (24–25 storeys) constructed using monolithic frame technology. The project has been planned as a well-thought-out urban environment: the architectural concept is free from random elements, and the building’s strength lies in the precision of its execution, a robust technical foundation and solutions designed for comfortable, long-term use. The façade finishes combine textures and colours, whilst the evening lighting emphasises the diagonal transitions between materials, transforming the blocks into a recognisable landmark on the street. Ceiling heights reach 3 metres, the large windows provide plenty of natural light, and in some layouts the kitchen is open-plan with the living room to make everyday life more convenient.
The complex’s internal area is organised as an enclosed space with a clear division of functions: there are designated leisure areas, a children’s playground with a safe surface suitable for different age groups, landscaped areas with trees and shrubs, as well as benches situated away from busy routes. Underground car parking keeps the courtyard free of cars, reserving it for pedestrians. The flats are handed over in a ready-to-fit-out state: the services have been installed, partitions are in place, the floor screed has been laid and the walls have been levelled — all that remains is for you to carry out the finishing works. The project is being developed by Orizon Development, renowned for its systematic approach and quality control at every stage of construction.
