Description of the complex "Loft Towers"

Loft Towers in Kobuleti is the first multifunctional complex on the Black Sea coast of Georgia, realised in partnership with an international hotel operator Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The project is located on the first coastline of the resort village, combining premium-class apartments with a full range of hotel services and commercial premises. The complex consists of two modern towers with a height of 25 and 29 floors, built using monolithic frame technology and energy-efficient materials. The first phase is scheduled for completion in 2029.

Infrastructure Loft Towers Includes private beach, outdoor and indoor pools, fitness and spa centres, restaurant, lounge bar and conference facilities. Management of 102 rooms under the brand Wyndham Garden provides not only a high level of service, but also long-term investment attractiveness due to professional management and growing tourist flow in the region.

Kobuleti - is a cosy resort town in Adjara, located 25 km south of Batumi and an hour's drive from the international airport. Its visiting card is a wide strip of pebble beach more than 10 km long, framed by relict pine and eucalyptus trees, which creates a healing microclimate. Unlike noisy and crowded Batumi, here reigns a calm, measured atmosphere, and the mild subtropical climate pleases with mild winters and warm sea up to +28°C. In addition to beach holidays with developed infrastructure, the city offers a promenade for strolling, a museum of local history and convenient transport links (electric trains and shuttle buses). Thanks to a ban on high-rise construction, Kobuleti retains a chamber-like, low-rise atmosphere, while its proximity to Batumi (30 minutes by car) and relatively low prices make it attractive for quiet family holidays and profitable property investments.
