Description of the ‘Maisi’ complex

Maisi (also known as Maisi by NAVI) — is a 23-storey business-class residential complex currently under construction in the very heart of Batumi, at 104 26 May Street, on the corner with Komakhidze Street. The project is being built using monolithic frame construction with an energy-efficient façade adapted to the humid coastal climate, whilst its architecture is designed to offer panoramic views of the city and the mountains.
