Description of the "Monolith Green City" development
"Monolith Green City" — is a large-scale, premium-class residential complex situated in the quiet and leafy Krtsanisi district of Tbilisi. The project is being implemented based on the ‘city within a city’ concept and comprises a development of 21–23 residential blocks, being built on a site covering 10–12 hectares. The total investment in the project amounted to 220 million lari. The complex is being built using earthquake-resistant monolithic frame construction techniques and energy-efficient materials, enabling savings of up to 40% on utility bills. The façades of the buildings are clad in decorative red brick and grey materials. A total of 1,775 flats are planned for the project.
The complex’s infrastructure has been designed to enable residents to lead a full life without having to leave the premises. Residents have access to: a 25-metre swimming pool with 5 lanes, a fitness club, a spa centre, football and basketball pitches, a tennis court, running and cycle paths, and children’s play areas and sports grounds. The site also features a private nursery, a school, commercial premises and a dendrological park, as well as underground and surface car parks. Flats ranging from 50 m² in size are available in 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom layouts.
