Description of the "Central Park Towers" complex

Central Park Towers — this is the first fully integrated resort complex in the Caucasus, currently under construction on Kazbegi Avenue in Tbilisi. The project comprises two 42-storey towers linked by a multi-purpose stylobate, and includes 1,200 hotel rooms, as well as a luxury retail gallery, restaurants, a spa area, and entertainment and concert venues. A distinctive feature of the complex is that hotel rooms are sold as private properties, which makes it unique in Georgia.

Investment in the project amounts to $500 million; the total floor area is approximately 140,000 m². The ground floors will house a Harvey Nichols store, seven premium restaurants and a casino. The towers will feature hotel rooms, lounge areas and a limited number of private penthouses. Construction is scheduled to be fully completed on 2027.
