Description of the "ZION Krtsanisi Embassies" complex
ZION Krtsanisi Embassies — is a premium residential complex in the diplomatic quarter of Krtsanisi, combining elegant low-rise architecture, well-designed communal spaces and a high level of privacy. The architectural concept is based on the work of the Georgian firm DEPHANI and the Italian designer Matteo Nunciati, who have combined a contemporary aesthetic with references to Georgian culture. The development features panoramic glazing, terracotta façades and 3.45-metre-high ceilings. The courtyard has been designed as a ‘car-free courtyard’ with a landscaped park, and the site features a 20-metre swimming pool, a spa area, a gym and a sauna. Residents also have access to a co-working space, a café and a 24-hour concierge service.
The complex is situated amongst embassies, ensuring a high level of security and tranquillity. Responsibility for after-sales service and safety has been transferred to the Israeli company Capital Maintenance. The finishes feature premium materials: Florim porcelain stoneware, aluminium doors and windows, Knauf panels, as well as Swiss Schindler lifts and soundproofing from the Scandinavian brand Akukon.
