Residential complex Dream Palace — is a modern development in the Saburtalo district, comprising five eight-storey blocks. The buildings were constructed using monolithic frame construction and offer flats with ceiling heights of 2.9 metres. The complex features a well-designed infrastructure: the landscaped courtyard area includes leisure zones, and CCTV has been installed to ensure security. The project includes both residential and commercial premises, and the total built-up area is 11,600 square metres.
