Corall Development

Corall Development — a Batumi-based property development company founded in 2022, specialising in premium residential and hotel properties on Georgia’s Black Sea coast. The company positions itself as a developer that creates not just individual homes, but fully-fledged resort ecosystems: its projects are characterised by well-thought-out layouts, functional architecture, energy-efficient materials and well-developed internal infrastructure.

The company's flagship project Corall Seaside Resort at 1 Tsaritsa Tamara Avenue in Batumi, being developed in partnership with three Georgian business groups: Ibercompany Holding, Grande Group and Mziuri Development. This is a twin-tower complex, 52 and 55 storeys high, situated on a 11,300 m² site, comprising apartments, a five-star hotel, a private beach, a yacht club, a spa, swimming pools and retail space. The total investment in the project is estimated at $250 million, whilst Levan Diasamidze, Chief Executive of Corall Development, forecasts that total investment inflows could reach $400–500 million, of which 90–95% are foreign investments. The architectural concept was developed by the Hausart studio, led by David Gogichaishvili, whose portfolio includes the Batumi Tower and the Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace.
