Ideal House — a Georgian property development company founded in In 2018 and specialising in the construction of apartment blocks in Kobuleti, a seaside resort town approximately 25 km from Batumi. Unlike developers operating across the whole of Adjara, Ideal House focuses on a single location: all its projects are situated along David Agmashenebeli Avenue and in the surrounding area, which enables the company to gain a deep understanding of local demand and maintain a consistent standard of quality across its compact portfolio.

At present, the company’s portfolio comprises three completed projects — houses Nos. 134 and 164 on Agmashenebeli Avenue, as well as the property at 13/15 Ilya Chavchavadze Street — and one current project at 140–142 Agmashenebeli Avenue. Flats in completed blocks have already been sold out, whilst those in the complex currently under construction are being offered as ‘shell’ properties, with the option of payment by instalments from the developer and mortgages through TBC Bank. The company markets its properties as ‘premium seaside living’ — emphasising panoramic views, proximity to the beach and well-designed layouts.
