Grand Botanico Residence

Project Grand Botanico Residence realised by the developer Batumi Investment - is a Georgian company operating on the market since 2010 and specialising in the construction of low-rise residential complexes, hotel facilities and commercial infrastructure in Batumi and surrounding areas. The complex is located in the picturesque resort village of Chakvi at 2 Abashidze Street - just 500 metres from the Black Sea, between the Mtirala National Park and the coast, which creates a unique ecological environment with clean air and picturesque views. The project combines 30 buildings with heights from 2 to 6 floors, including both apartments in apartment blocks and private townhouses with their own land plots.
