Description of the ‘House on Angii Bochorishvili 37’ development
The residential complex at 37 Angia Bochorishvili Street in Tbilisi is an 11-storey building being constructed by a property development company Kokhta Ubani with the support of Basisbank. The project was launched in the third quarter of 2024 and stands out from the surrounding buildings thanks to its façade of natural stone and dark ‘Metekhi’ brick. Despite its compact design, the building has been designed with a focus on safety: it features state-of-the-art fire protection systems, and the flats are handed over in a condition "white frame" or "green frame", which enables owners to implement bespoke design solutions without incurring unnecessary costs for the structural work.
The internal layout of the development is designed with practicality and a variety of layouts in mind: flats ranging in size from 35 to 65 m² with two, three or more bedrooms. This variety makes the development attractive both to young couples and small families, and to those seeking spacious accommodation in a rapidly developing area. Its location, just a few minutes’ walk from the ‘Akhmeteli’ metro station, provides convenient transport links to the city centre and other parts of Tbilisi, whilst support from Basisbank simplifies the purchase process through preferential mortgage schemes.
