Angisa Development

Angisa Development — a Batumi-based property developer founded in 2019 and specialising in residential construction in the Novy Boulevard (Airport) area. The company focuses on apartments for both permanent residence and holiday use on the coast, emphasising affordable entry prices and proximity to the sea. At present, the developer’s portfolio consists of a single active project — a residential complex 47 Angisa Street (12 storeys, 176 flats, monolithic construction, 350 metres from the sea). The company is currently in the process of establishing its reputation: as there are no completed projects as yet, it is advisable to request planning permission documents and the construction schedule in order to fully assess its reliability.

The project is designed with a practical holiday resort scenario in mind: studios and one- or two-bedroom flats ranging in size from 31 to 55 m², delivered as ‘shell’ or ‘structural shell’ units (depending on the plot).
