GM 8985 Group

GM 8985 Group — a young property development company that has been operating in the Georgian residential property market since 2023. Its specialism is the development of coastal projects in the Makhinjauri resort area, near Batumi. Unlike large developers with a long history and an extensive portfolio, GM 8985 Group currently has just one active project on the market, which allows it to concentrate its resources and focus on the quality of execution within a limited scope.
