Description of the "EcoSilence" complex

EcoSilence — is an intimate residential complex in the holiday village of Chakvi, situated just 100 metres from the sea and designed as a space where tranquillity and a connection with nature are valued just as highly as comfort. The project consists of two blocks: the first one is already to be completed in the second quarter of 2025, whilst the second is scheduled to be commissioned in 2026. The building was constructed using monolithic frame technology with high-quality materials, and the ceiling heights in the flats are 2.8 metres. Invercasa — a young Georgian property development company founded in in 2022 and specialises in residential property in the coastal villages of Adjara. Unlike developers operating in the centre of Batumi, Invercasa has chosen to specialise in small-scale projects on the outskirts of the city, where tranquillity and proximity to the sea are valued more highly than dense urban development. At present, the company is represented on the market by a single project — a complex EcoSilence in Chakvi, which defines its specialisation: residential accommodation in a resort area with low building density.

The EcoSilence project is being implemented in phases: the first block has already been completed, and the second is scheduled for completion in 2026. Flats are available in three different stages of completion — ‘shell’, fully refurbished or fully furnished — allowing buyers to choose the best balance between their budget and the timeframe for moving in.
