NBG Duo — is an intimate 10-storey residential complex currently under construction in the Airport district, on the border with the Novy Bulvar area, at 42 Angisa Street / 6 Angisa 2nd Cul-de-Sac. The project stands out from the neighbouring high-rise towers, which contain between 400 and 1,000 flats, due to its small scale: the building has a total of Flat 51, which creates a private atmosphere and a low population density in the neighbourhood.
