Description of the ‘Filigreen’ complex

Residential complex "Filigreen" — is a premium development by the property developer ‘White Square’, situated in the prestigious Saburtalo district at 12 Georgi Danelia Street. A six-storey building, built using monolithic frame construction, offers 80 flats, commercial and office premises, as well as a green recreational area covering 2,000 square metres. A total of 10 million dollars was invested in the construction and development of the project, with funding from private investors, the Bank of Georgia and TBC Leasing.

The complex has been designed with a focus on energy efficiency and comfort: the external and internal walls are constructed from energy-efficient YTONG blocks, and high-quality KONE lifts have been installed, as well as a generator for emergency lighting and lift operations. Flats ranging in size from 67 to 139.1 m² are available in a ‘white frame’ finish or fully refurbished. The complex is managed by a management company that provides round-the-clock security, cleaning and grounds maintenance. The project was completed in 2024 and officially opened in March 2025.
